Giles Raymond, M.A., MSc., C.Psychol. / Director
Educated in social and political sciences and educational and clinical psychology at Christ's College,
Cambridge and University College, London, he worked in a variety of educational and therapeutic settings
and ran an independent psychology practice based in London.
In 1983, he moved his practice from clinical to organizational settings. His consulting business targeted
multinational organizations in different market sectors, and offered human resources consulting, together
with the design and delivery of a variety of management development programmes.
He founded Saker Lynd in 1991 and has since worked with a variety of clients ranging from: financial services,
retail, computing, telecoms, manufacturing, local government, and news groups. Giles' particular areas of
expertise include:
- Assessment and development of individual and team potential.
- Design and integration of organizational practices in support of business goals.
- Design and implementation of organization wide assessments.
- Facilitation of strategic planning and implementation.
- Executive coaching.
His work has often taken him abroad to work with multi-cultural groups in Europe, Middle and Far East,
North and South America and South Africa.

Antoinette Thomas, Ph.D. / Director
Educated in industrial/organizational psychology and business administration at University of San Diego
and the California School of Professional Psychology, the focus of her consulting has been on creativity
in the workplace. Her experience as an organizational psychologist has been as both an internal and
external management consultant. She has worked with a variety of organizations ranging from: healthcare,
finance and banking, government, retail, hi-tech/bio-tech, computing, academic/university, and professional
services. Key areas of expertise include:
- Assessing and developing leaders;
- Managing system-side changes;
- Assisting fast-growth, start-up companies and ventures;
- Facilitating executive strategic planning and implementation;
- Designing, implementing, and analyzing diagnostic surveys and other evaluation tools in the areas
of employee and customer attitudes/satisfaction, marketing analysis, and productivity measures;
- Implementing and evaluating organizational productivity improvements; and
- Maximising employee participation and involvement in problem-solving.
In 1994, she joined Saker Lynd as President of its US organization to continue her work advising
national and multinational clients. Originally focused in the United States, she now splits her
time between the US and the UK. In addition, Antoinette was the Director of the Leadership and
Management Program for the UCSD Extension Department of Business and Management Education. She
has also been an associate professor for the M.B.A. and Organizational Behaviors Graduate Schools
of the University of Phoenix and the psychology department at the University of San Diego.
